How the heck are you supposed to get these guys on? Do I have to pull the gnurled knob off the wiper post? Seems the only way, but how do you do that? And get it back on?

Thought this would be an inexpensive way to pretty up and complete the cowl project and as usual what seems innocent and easy enough turns into a PITA.
I/we must really love our Mustangs to keep going through this over and over!

I don’t think so either. What I’m wondering is how, if at all possible, do you take the gnurled knob off?

I’ll shoot LMR the same question in the meantime and see if someone there has any help to offer. They’re usually pretty good about this.

None of us has any idea what you're talking about. The wiper arm post is press fit on the axle and normally would never need to come off.

Probably wants to put those two black rings on over the wiper arm posts, so it won't be seen white.
