check your relay and your circuts(continuity test)
I just started working on my 98 Cobra after letting it sit for the last few years. I took it for a test drive yesterday after some tinkering and I notice the horn isn't working I return home and find its fuse to be blown I replace the fuse try again and still nothing but fuse is not blown again. The fuse I replaced was in the engine compartment box one of the smallest one's and second from the corner. Any ideas or suggestions? Any and all help appreciated Thanks.

Since you posted I am guessing it's fixed but this is what I did ... there is a guy on Youtube that explains how a relay works, search for relay 101. Make sure your horns work (on mine only one worked). Check continuity with a multimeter on your clock spring (very less likely to fail, I replaced mine and shouldn't have - so I have a 95 clock spring laying around now).
