Airbag error 12 & fuse 4 instantly popping

I had the exact same issue Fuse kept blowing with code 12, My turned out to be the module, a simple voltage regulator thing inside the module. View attachment 34117

I removed the “capacitor” and tested it on the car and it worked, got code 52 then reset the system. Ordering new module now

I don't think that type of cap is polarized meaning it has a +/- end that needs to bee aligned, but when yo get it look right above the legs and see if there are any markings/indicators that might signal this.
