It is a 95 but I’m sure it’s obd2 under the dash that’s what the dealer told me I just can’t find the fuse for the port
So have you checked the fuse I show in post #7?

I’ll check and replace anyway but it looked good before my first fire up1994-1995 V6 Mustangs are in fact OBD2 and have a connector under the dash. The 5.0 cars do have the connector, but it's not functional. Need to pull codes on those cars under the hood.
The fuse for the OBD2 diagnostic port is also the same fuse as the cig lighter, so check to see if this fuse has blown. Yellow one highlighted below

It's a very primitive form of OBD2 so don't expect to see a lot of PID's like something made in the last 10 years.
I was worried someone would say this lol do you know if the 5.0 lines are the same ?i dont think you can get them new

if you have the right fittings you could make the lines yourself
seen one guy do it with braided hose and fuel fittings
