Need new Wiring harness

[TN95gt]

I’m looking for the complete wiring harness for engine/dash for my 95 mustang gt. The previous owner has cut and rerouted so many wires a lot of features don’t work. I am planning on switching to power windows and power locks (If possible) was thinking about using cj pony parts 21 circuit universal harness to rewire the car. Has anyone ever used that wiring harness before? I will also need a new battery harness if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you for help. It is not swapped it’s a 302/5.0
