Thank you! I used the same tool on cast iron heads with great results as well. To confirm the surface roughness I need to get a profilometer. They not cheap tho!!

I got both heads decked, cleaned up and ready for assembly. I only decked these .070" so that I can be around a better driving compression. Something more friendly with low octane gas. Having the need for E85 was a bit of a challenge and restriction to where I could drive the car. I had to plan out the trips. Make sure E85 was available on the route. The previous heads were decked .120" and ran flat top pistons.
