For reasons unknown, I: (1) can’t find where the trunk light socket attaches; and (2) was idiot enough not to take a pic or even remember!

Can anyone tell me where this attaches in the trunk on my ‘95 Cobra

There should be an opening right behind where the license plate is on the inside. right near the latch. behind where the 3rd brake light for non Cobras are.

I think most of us have done somthing similar on a project and forgotten to take a picture of something and had to figure out how it goes back together some non-trivial amount of time in the future. I've never had to look at pictures/videos of cars online, ask around online, or visit a friend or junkyard to figure something out. No, never... :)

it could not be any easier of a location to work on.

If you are a limbo specialist that is.

Yes, therein lies part of the problem. Limber and flexibility have never been strong suits for me!

I can remember having to do something on mine and struggling with either bend and twist or reverse limbo, they both sucked!

When I was still working, we called it moron support. Funny thing, it fit.

When I realize I've forgotten something or am about to do something dumb, I usually ask for help starting with "OK, I'm an idiot, please help me ..." :)

One of the reasons I never got around to installing my clutch cable/quadrant/adjuster - my big ass ain't fitting up under the dash, even with the seat out lol.

Does anyone recognize this? Is this the brake light lead that went to the stock spoiler?

Thought I posted the successful conclusion to this forehead-smacker, but maybe didn’t hit “post reply”. I dunno, but it’s possible because there was a Jameson celebration immediately following! ;-)
