Thanks [MENTION=17070]Tony[/MENTION] I was shooting with a F-stop of F/14 and my shutter speed is about 1/160th of a sec and my iso was at 100. When you close down your aperture, to a smaller F-stop then you lose a lot of light and then you can pan around 1/200th of a sec for good blur during daylight hours. Your camera might only go down to F/8 which will be to bright during the day to capture the motion and your shutter speed will be to high and will only freeze the motion.
