hello all. I know this is a sn95 forum and I have a classic, however Im using all sn95 front everything. Have a AJE subframe , struts and sn95 spindles, rock auto “13 in mach 1 front brakes (poor mans cobra swap) , sn95 steering rack with bumpsteer kit. Also running a 2002 navigator 5.4dohc inside the shaved towers. A coyote 5.0 intake manifold and injectors and DBW throttle body on adapter plates. Its mated to a 2004 4r70w. So I guess I can sort of say Im a good mix of sn95 stuff. Even have 2002 gt front/back seats.
Using holley terminator max to control the eng/trans.
Exhaust is a 3” full aluminum exhaust from the downpipe back with a x and h pipe. So much is custom built to make it all fit and work like the coolant lines to the radiator and intake pipe that was an old explorer drivesahft. Hell the brakes are a tesla ibooster remote master brake cylinder thats actuated by a clutch slave.
I have used this forum to look up swap questions and get ideas.

Great job. Looks clean too.
Hope you never need to remove a valve cover.

It was/is a pain. Luckly I did a rebuild before dropping it in. If I ever need to take a valvecover off it will def need to be taken out.

Very cool! I’m really curious about this Tesla brake booster. Could you share some info on that?
What would you like to know? I used the youtube channel “follow the build” as a guide for the wiring of it. I also used the old school remote mount idea from busted knuckle off road and other ideas from a ls1tech forums. The “housing cradle sits ontop of the trans tunnel and from there the brake lines go to the F/R - if you due a 4.6dohc or a coyote or a godzilla swap you can mount the ibooster in the normal firewall location. Unfortunatly I dont have that luxury

Man, that’s awesome. I like the idea of electric boosted brakes.

How does the brake pedal feel? I went manual on my coyote swap, and like the feel of the firm pedal.

Its like a golf cart brakes. Theres no pedal feedback so the first couple times you def slam yourself on the steering wheel. Once you get the feel it brakes very well and fast. Hell, it stops a heavy a$$ tesla fast. Im sure with a coyote you can install the ibooster straight on the firewall.

Found in my phone a pic of the 3” aluminum exhaust. I made a chambered muffler and also a glass pack/exhaust tip 4” combo. For your viewing pleasure.
