Hey everyone,

I'm a 9 year SN95 owner, and have used these forums since I bought it, but finally made an account. I have a 98 gt that I bought as my first car in highschool. I have been reading through forums all day, but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I decided I want to make a change to my wheel setup and found some I really like, but im not sure if they'll fit. The rears are 18x10.5s with a 20mm offset, and the fronts are 18x9s with either 20 or 35mm offset. Will these work or should I move on frome these? And if they will work, is there anything I would need to do to make them work. I am planning on going with 315s in the rear, and 265s in the front. I also have seen in the past that I may need to roll the rear fenders and/or flip the quad shocks for 315s. Forgive me if I'm being ignorant or posted in the wrong area, this is my first post and I'm also not very knowledgeable when it comes to wheels since I've only ever had stock wheels or 03-04 reps that I took off another SN I had 8 years ago in highschool. I linked the wheels I'm looking into. Thanks in advance.

Because SN95 Mustang production tolerances were loose, no two SN95 Mustangs are exactly the same. Those rims are listed as fitting 94-98 Mustangs, so they SHOULD fit. But it's going to be hard for anyone to say with 100% certainty that they will fit YOUR car. The other mods you've made to the car factor in. And tires that are listed as the same size can vary in size by brand. The OTD of the tires you plan to use is also important. You can compare tire sizes on Tire Rack's website. You can also go to www.willtheyfit.com to see how your new setup will fit compared to your existing setup. Those resources where a huge help when I was fitting 18x10" rims with 315s on all four corners of my New Edge Mustangs.

When fitting 315s in the rear, it's common to have to flip or remove the quad shocks. And you might have to roll the fenders.

If this is for a performance driving application, running a staggered setup will ADD understeer to a car that already has a tendency to understeer at the limit of traction. If you don't have mods to compensate for the added understeer, you will be making your car handle worse.

I have 18x11 +20 with 315/30r18s and it fits flush to the rear fender. I have the quad shocks removed. the parking brake holder is very close to the tire

Warhorse Racing replied with great info! With what he said along with a fender roller, you should be good to go. Do not mount new tires under a NON ROLLED fender. A non rolled fender will eat your tires.

Good deal making an account! Welcome along! Be sure to create a build thread and document everything you do to the car.

I had 18x11 True Forged wheels with a 20 offset also. Ran 315s on them, and the drivers side used to rub the tailpipe. Never rolled my fenders
A panhard bar would allow you to fit without an issue for sure.
