well i dont speed, but if i would speed and happen to be in Mexico at the time, i would get up to 140...but that would be in Mexico, not on the Florida Turnpike on my way home from Orlando to Key West. :dunno:

what mods/ rear gear do you have? Thats pretty damn fast

This was when I was still NPI putting down 210/288 through the stock 2.73 gears. Had the Shinoda air dam and Steeda race wing to hold the car down, been up to 120 with the stock wing and no air dam and that was freaking scary. The biggest difference in the car is that I had the weight down to 3320 from the factory 3850.

in my old 95 5.0 i went 140-145
and in my 96 4.6 ive been up in the 135-140 area, i dont really speed that often though. i like my car and my gas and my money lol
most of my friends call me a grandma driver cuz they are weaving through traffic and i always get left behind. i want to keep my record clean

Fastest in my 96 was 25mph that is correct- bought it with a bad motor- took it off the trailer- went down the driveway and after my wife did some brake stands with it - into the garage it went.
My 86 -108 in the 1/4 mile

I've gone faster than 160mph...just don't know how fast because the speedo stops at 160....that was on my 95 cobra....did 140mph on my 93gt, it kept on pulling after the speedo stopped

120ish, than backed off. i live out in the middle of no where Louisiana, and there are multiple 4-5 mile long highway straights to play on. i just don't like that most are narrow, and we have deer :noes:

my buddy hit a deer at 60 in a lifted f-150 and it did major damage. imagine our little cars at twice that

yeah, just don't tell anyone i'm from there. ok

only good thing is no cops and long roads. the town has cops, but they do little. only real danger is troopers, and they are rarely out that way.
