not really I got my headers loose but not off my starter is out my a/c and power steering pump is off. tb/plenum is off so tomarrow i am pulling the headers out midpipe out and loosing the motor mounts we will see

Well dalamer I will let this out I am going to redo the bottom end and stroke it. to a 5.1L I know it may not help me much but If i decide to f/i or someone else in the future as for the top end I am keepin all upgrades except for i may go to 4v and get different cams

I can give you some pics but I got my driver side header out without sroping the midpipe or lifting the motor or droping the k so I deffintly like the clearence so in about an hour I will go and take the passenger side off. Then loosen the motor mounts take the intake off then sit and wonder if i should pull the transe out with it or drop it!!

Alright I am letting the cat out of the bag here is what i am doing.
I am stroking it out to a 5.1 L at 302.3 cubic inch
I am adding a windage tray
I am adding arp main studs,head studs, cam bolts, balancer bolt, and rod bolts
I am having the heads ported and polished, 3 angle valve job and have the heads and cams checked.
Then I will either add a typhoon intake or a kb blower!!

I lack two bolts on the passenger header wanna guess which two. Thats right the rear upper two. I hate those two bolts after those are off then the header will come out. then i can move on!!

well when I think about it I will be saving some money I mean I can keep everything i have heads,headers,oilpan,ect... I will just need what I listed plus new gaskets.
